UM Confucius Institute holds Chinese character competition The University of Macau (UM) Confucius Institute recently held its first Chinese character competition for students studying at the institute. The event aimed to enhance foreigners’ interest in learning Chinese characters. The competition attracted 96 participants, and 30 of them made it to the final.
