| Description: | About the Instructor: Helena Carvalhão Buescu, Emeritus Professor of Comparative Literature at the University of Lisbon. She founded and directed the Center for Comparative Studies of the University of Lisbon for 15 years.
About the Course: The course will cover the protocols for preparing and writing an academic paper, as well as the oral presentation of a paper. Methodologies, bibliographies, work, research questions, and databases. The course will also introduce the main journals on Portuguese studies, and submission of articles in Portuguese and English (Example: European Review). |
